Ordered another lot of used titles from ThriftBooks and my hardcover copy of Hunter S. Thompson’s “The Rum Diaries” has teeth marks on the cover and a human-sized bite chunk out of one of the back corners. Seems a little too on-genre.

Recent photographic inspiration: Edward Hopper's "City Roofs" (1932). Color, depth, and softness of a baby's skin. If I take one photograph per year that can even be compared to this art, I'd be pretty happy.

My wife continues to refer to the UFC PPV fights as “the game” - and it makes me smile every time. UFC continues the come-up.
