Great letter in the Guardian from His honour Michael Heath. Lawyers are “made of stern stuff. Unlike politicians they do not crave popularity. Johnson will take them on at his peril. That he appears to contemplate doing so shows his lack of judgement.” We need to make him pay.

Sit every single MP down who voted against feeding poor children over the Christmas holidays to watch this. This fucking country.

Hope I’m wrong, but I think what today will prove, and the Mbappe sage proved, is that even the biggest clubs are no match for sovereign wealth funds. Hard to compete with people rich enough to move the World Cup to Christmas.

The New World Order are relegating Southampton just to send a message to Matt Le Tissier. He has gotten too close to truth and they are scared. Southampton's form won't improve until he stops exposing their plot.

Look how a few decorative details (dentils, brick lintels, string courses, a portico, textured bricks) lift the building on the left above that on the right &liberate it from the tyranny of transitory utility. It’s 200 years older. I bet it will last>200 years longer. #DeepGreen

I was critical of TIG/Change UK, but all of these guys did something that most politicians fail ever to do: they put their careers at risk (more than that..) because they couldn’t stomach stuff that was just wrong. I respect them highly.

The popularity of the "Deep State saboteurs" theory is easy to explain. A certain type of person believes governance is easy - all you need is to put a tough, no nonsense man who will "just get on with it" in charge. Then you do, they fail, and so you invent a shadowy cabal.
