On Saturday, I joined County Attorney Rachel Mitchell, Senator Carine Werner, the Lord family, and the Justice 4 Preston movement to celebrate the signing of House Bill 2611, known as “Preston’s Law.” Today should have been a high school graduation party for Preston. But he’s
