On Monday at 6am I set off, by foot, from London to Rugby, in one go 👟 Roughly 108 miles, mostly canal. I finished at around 6pm last night (115 miles later). 36 hours of being awake & moving forwards 😴 So grateful for everyone involved ❤️ Still can’t believe I did it

Meniscus tears 🤕 - What are they? - What are the different types? - Do you need surgery if you have a meniscus tear? - Do you need to get an MRI scan? - How can Physiotherapy help a meniscus tear? - Can you still run if you have a meniscus tear?

IT Band Syndrome 🦵🏽 One of several knee injuries we see in runners alongside patellofemoral joint pain & patellar tendinopathy to name a couple. Presenting in different locations, with varying symptoms & with different severities you don’t always need to totally stop running
