I've always been hesitant to share my sketches, I keep saying I sketch ugly, and that's because I rarely ever do it for fun, it's usually more of a note to self, marking in some key elements the piece will be about.

2k followers already! Thank you guys!! Here's one more for you guys, the zitty backside of the process. I had the rough idea of an elf bike-delivery guy for awhile before starting this, but the day I started putting the idea on canvas wasn't one of the smooth ones.
