When protesters peacefully demonstrated in front of the White House, Donald Trump used violence to clear them out so he could have a photo op outside of a church he doesn’t worship at. When a violent mob threatens lawmakers on Capitol Hill, Donald Trump does nothing.

And by the way, Hillary Clinton warned y’all four years ago he was dangerous to our democracy.

Let me be very clear: the scenes of chaos at the Capitol do not represent who we are. What we are seeing is a small number of extremists dedicated to lawlessness. This is not dissent, it's disorder. It borders on sedition, and it must end. Now.

My message to my fellow Americans and friends around the world following this week's attack on the Capitol.
