Great to speak to BBC News (UK) about their research which mirrors our own finding that there is an ethnicity penalty in car insurance.
This isn't about crime. BBC didn't find a link between crime rates and higher prices paid by people in more diverse areas.

Interesting analysis from Which?. Tallies with our analysis for Fair By Design which found an individual will pay about 11% more if paying monthly for car insurance, rather than annually.

The power of Financial Conduct Authority stating that the premium for paying monthly for insurance is 'a tax on being poor'. Hopeful this means insurers will now tackle this unjust poverty premium asap.
