We’ve learnt much about how other countries protect their older renters - eg in Germany, tenancies last 11 years on average v 2.5 here, where people face unaffordable rents, no fault evictions + eviction threats. We urgently need HMG to pass the Renters’ Reform Bill… report⬇️
