After a long break from going to the gym, I have got back to it! Feel better for it, more energised. It' so important for well being. Exciting challenge at work next month when two colleagues from the gym will do a charity bike ride in aid of Mind and Mires Beck Nusery.

Today I participated in YPG’s drug strategy event. Great to work with colleagues from HMPPS ,Care UK and CHCP. Inspirational talk from Mike Wheatley and great presentation from Lorna on Humber’s strategy! 2021 will progress building recovery for the men and women in our care .
