Great session on intravenous thrombolysis gray zones! IVT + patients with DOACS - need more data, but maybe? IVT + low NIHSS/non disabling - randomize TEMPO2 IVT in patients > 80 years old - YES! IVT in small vessel strokes - YES! CMB > 10 + IVT - increased risk of sICH
