Great support for the t-shirt at Crewe today: fast-finishing male shouted "Well done ladies, some strong running there" as my elbow partner and I embarked on the 3rd lap while he sauntered away. Most men respect the difference in biology ♀️🏃‍♀️💪💚🤍💜

RD at Agnew this morning. Our wee parkrun UK had more females than males at it today, which is fantastic to see! Wonder what the overall stats are on that? Most I've been at recently are very much the other way round. But then, who knows if that's accurate? 💜🤍💚

RD at Agnew parkrun UK & we reversed national participation rates: 58% ♀️ (ACTUAL women and girls, too cos I know them all 💚🤍💜💪) My fave moment was the 1st finisher congratulating the 1st female finisher, cos he knows her result was impressive for her sex. #SaveWomensSports
