I am the most tired woman in the world. I am tired when I get up. Life requires an effort which I cannot make.

Heading out to Canberra for a few days with my family and I have packed three jumpers, a cardigan, and a coat. Hope I’m warm enough.

In general I am trying to live more in the present. This is partly because of ~the disease~ but also just because I’m older now and I want to value what I have while I have it.
