It's not about engagement, but visibility. Most times, we focus so much on how many people interact with our posts that we forget the actual reason we post, to be seen, heard and known. Regardless of how low your engagement is, someone still sees you. That's what matters.

Stop trying to sound professional, be authentic. One way to get lost and confused is by trying too hard to be professional. Just be yourself, and give yourself the chance to enjoy the process of growth. Not only will you give yourself a unique voice, you'll have a smooth sail.
