Our Champions can't believe it's going to take the GOV.UK 3 years to sort out social care, but our #SaveOurSupport campaign will keep putting the pressure on. Here's what our Champion Lucy said we had to do:

Thursday was such a special night celebrating a very unique achievement. Our founder and president, Michael Edwards was awarded an MBE for services to people with learning disabilities. We held a party to thank Michael and we were thrilled that so many people came.

Good to hear the Health and Social Care Committee discuss Community Health Services earlier this morning. However good community health services need to go hand in hand with the right homes if we want people to have the best lives possible.

Our Champions worst fears about this bill are being confirmed. We don't trust any government or professional to have the power of life or death over people with a learning disability.

Again we face a government, which has made us worried about the harm they will do, rather than the good we can achieve together. It's time for GOV.UK The Labour Party to reassure us, that their agenda will make our lives better not worse.
