It bothers me how there are some amazing programs, bands, and teachers out there that never get recognized because they’re focused on actually teaching instead of constantly sharing what they do on social media.

We’ve done a composition project in Stoney Creek HS Bands for years- but this is the first year students have had to record themselves playing their composition with friends. I should’ve done this years ago. It’s awesome hearing kids workshop their compositions together.
