Very disappointed with easyJet, contacted them two weeks ago with a complaint regarding an overcharge on baggage allowance at check-in at Tenerife South and I am still awaiting a response 😕

Was there actually a point in you asking me to DM you easyJet when you don't reply! Extremely disappointed now, and still no reply from direct messaging either!! Customer Services don't exist anymore 🤨
