Something he wants to talk about? She moves up behind him, arms snaking down his shoulders as she leans down to press a gentle kiss to his cheek.

She stayed nuzzled into him for a moment before moving to sit in the chair beside him. “What kind of dream? A bad dream? I know you’re an early riser, hon but this is beyond it even for you”

“Of course, of course I know that” she nodded, fingers gently trailing worrylines on his forehead. “Just as I would for you. We are a team, forever and always”

Blue eyes trail to the case, just to catch the thump as the doll fell forward. A sigh left her lips, putting down her duster and moving to stand in front of the case. “No…not today Annabelle” Fingers pulled her rosary from her wrist, playing with the beads. “Not today”

“It’s still pretty early, hon. Do you want to come back to bed for a little while?” She asked, hands massaging at his shoulders as her eyes glanced up at the clock. “We don’t have to sleep”

Fingers continued playing with the beads, watching for a moment before she was satisfied the doll had headed her warning. Turning around, the woman jumped, the little girl in front of her rightfully startling her. “Uh…hello…?”
