I put my microphone in front of a 7 week old baby red squirrel.

I’ve lost a stone and a half since lockdown. It has forced me to focus on self care combined with the fact I haven’t been able to work in school alongside being a nurse full time has given me time and energy to run again.. which is used to LOVE.

Today however, I went for a run and drank beer at the end of it. There is also pizza and garlic bread in the oven. Sometimes you just have to listen to your body 😋🤷🏼‍♀️
