The Department for Education has today published its SEND and Alternative Provision Improvement Plan. We will be going through this in detail, but it is worth noting that there are NO plans for changes to the Children and Families Act which will continue to govern policy.

Another fight back win today , CICA claim rejected , out of time frame abused as child & waited 2 long 2 claim, evidence of abuse only came 2 light in 2019 (remember no abuse in Rotherham until reports came out) CICA claim submitted in 2019, turned down, appealed we lost ….

There have been just too many such successful appeals. I have lost all faith in the family justice system to protect victims of domestic abuse. bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/… For no stated reason, the judge who made these terrible decisions on contact is not named in the appeal ruling.

"...The issue of domestic abuse in this case is one of seriousness and it simply did not receive consideration from the judge. Even without what had happened recently, this appeal would have to be allowed."
