Well, that was a great writing group. I was told that I'd improved greatly, and hit my target of a flash piece - actually keeping it short - without sacrificing my verbose voice or overly truncating the plot. #nailedit

I love submitting to TheColoredLens Magazine. I've never gotten an acceptance (yet), but they get back to you so fast and with such a positive and *personal* response that they are always one of my first subs for genre fiction.
