Just got an LP deal in my inbox. On paper? It was great! – Solid basis – Reasonable leverage – Minimal capex, light lift – Clear business plan Passed anyway. Why? Three separate Co-GP groups. (And the raise was only 7 figures) Too many cooks in the kitchen. Too many voices in
