The most pertinent message to take away from the PiXL - ‘We have the power to change lives and save lives’. A moving story of a 22 year old who referred to herself as ‘underserved’ not ‘disadvantaged’ and then went on to be a successful Oxbridge graduate. ✨

Such a privilege to stand on this stage with Adrian Bethune for PiXL today. Our key message on school leader wellbeing? Enough is enough. The status quo for so many is unsustainable so we have to start saying ‘no’ to what does not directly benefit our schools.

Just spent 15 mins on X for the first time in ages. Wall to wall posts full of disagreement, posturing, attack, angst & frustration. Just 15 mins has raised my stress levels and left me feeling disappointed. Don’t know if I’ll bother coming back. There are better things to do.
