ππΌ#fakenews. Itβs not about βbeing forcedβ to employ anyone. Male FFs outnumber female FFs 20:1. We wonβt reach 1:1, but we need to make sure that the best people that *could* do the job are at the very least considering it. Itβs off so many folksβ radar due to silly stereotypes.
