We won’t achieve true liberation by promoting plant-based snacks or even by (solely) turning other individuals vegan. We must rethink tactics, hit industries where it hurts, disrupt the lobbying process, focus on where tangible differences are being made to non-human animal lives

For ages I clung to the idea of “You save [this many] animals by being vegan” but changes in consumption do not automatically =/= lives spared.
