Grateful thanks to Jonny, Jake, Jack & Mark from Miller Homes for agreeing to meet residents from #WrightsClose and #ElliotClose #whetstone today in a private meeting to discuss their very understandable concerns about any impacts on flooding from Millers 120 home proposal.

A lovely, festive night out with Jackie and the amazing #Countesthorpe #Phollies choir. Still no winning raffle tickets - better luck next year Les 🤔 Last night absolutely brilliant to see so many children waiting for Santa on #HensonClose Next stop, Friday #TocH sleigh run

Absolutely brilliant first night of three with the #Cosby #TocH charity Sleigh Run. Huge thanks to David Shuttleworth from #Countesthorpe for giving a helping hand. Next stop Saturday night, then back to the sleigh for the final night on Monday. Just brilliant fun.

Permission granted. Saturday 21st December 2024, Santa Claus and the #TocH charity sleigh team presented a special gift in memory of John Morris to his wife Pam. John supported the TocH sleigh for years and provided the chassis for the sleigh. Have a lovely Christmas Pam.

23rd December and our last run of 2024. An absolute privilege to be part of the amazing annual #Cosby #Christmas #TocH charity sleigh run. A huge amount of unrecognised work goes into coordinating and managing the volunteers. Merry Christmas

The work of a Councillor never stops. It is varied and rewarding with many issues highly confidential. When people ask, why do I do it, it"s because we get to make people's lives better. My wider work is published in my annual leaflet heyzine.com/flip-book/dfad…

Out and about on Saturday ensuring that all South Whetstone area residents are informed of the latest flood work which should benefit the wider Whetstone village as a whole. #flood #whetstone heyzine.com/flip-book/5aff…

It is somewhat bizarre but very telling when Reform candidate "Dan" stated that Leicestershire County Council were brilliant under Conservative leadership but as a Reform candidate he wants to take a Musk like machete to the services we provide. A unique concept in amybodys book.
