It was an honour to take the Oath of Allegiance yesterday as I was sworn in as the Member of Parliament for South Leicestershire. I am deeply privileged to have been re-elected to serve South Leicestershire. I am committed to continuing to work for a thriving, strong community.

Today I attended the King's Speech on behalf of my constituents in South Leicestershire. We have now heard the new government's legislative agenda which MPs will debate over the coming days in Parliament.
