We’re overjoyed to hear that the Tavistock has won its appeal in the Bell v Tavistock case. Today’s outcome will be a huge relief for trans young people and their families, as well as the wider trans community!! 🎉♥️

Transphobia is not a ‘political disagreement’. Duffield shouldn’t face abuse - but what about the abuse of trans people that she amplifies on social media every day? What about the tweets she likes baselessly accusing Stonewall’s lesbian director of wanting to sterilise kids?

Watching a Labour MP use the full might of the Murdoch press to demonise LGBTQ Labour activists and portray themselves as the real victim - when many LGBTQ people attending Labour Conference are actual victims of real and surging hate crimes - makes make sick to my stomach.

In all the media coverage of Rosie Duffield, why is it never mentioned that two women working for her quit over her stance on trans rights? How is that proper journalism? How is that not erasing and silencing women?

Can we just take a moment to absorb what’s happening in this country. The same newspapers who long waged war on gays and lesbians are waging a ceaseless campaign of vilification against Stonewall, the main LGBTQ civil rights movement, and now LGBT Labour. Where does this end?

Pride is as important now as it’s ever been! Latest from Jason Reid, "Despite years of progress around LGBTQ+ equality, we are still, depressingly, under attack from certain quarters." bywire.news/articles/pride… #Pride #PrideMonth #Pride2022 #pridemonth2022

What does it say about Labour that when Britain's first hijabi MP was so badly harassed she was put in hospital, they did said or did nothing about it? What does it say about Keir Starmer - that maggot of a man - that Women's Aid expressed their concerns before he did?
