My first 24 hour event- Equinox Belvoir Castle. 4 laps for the team, only 6 mins between my fastest (daylight) and slowest (night) lap. Needed that LedlenserUK torch…The 3am lap was magical: serenely quiet, and watching headlights twinkle up the hill, owls, bats… Loved it 😍

First thoughts about Equinox24. Ace!!Good to get a day lap in to recce route for night. Need a better night fuelling strategy- cold made me stop eating. Run double laps at night so everyone has longer rest. Use best headtorch you have- quieter out there than you think #ukrunchat
