1️⃣ year today since the "Remediation Acceleration Plan" announcement. The only "change" leaseholders have seen is a new Housing Secretary and Minister for Building Safety. Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Gov are still dragging their feet. The Labour Party are still far from keeping their manifesto promises.
