Today, my resilience came in the form of unexpected flowers delivered to work from someone in my team NHS Highland. We have a hard job at times but it is made so much easier when you have so many kind, dedicated folk around you.

Spot on - I echo this wholeheartedly. Just pop your camera off, put BRB in chat bar and no need to explain. Sometimes, if you wait until you 'have time' the moment is lost.

Test of Change - an attempt to block an hour off each day to step away from the screen. When multiple people have access to your diary and there are so many meetings going on it's hard to avoid back-to-back screen time. Let's see how this pans out 🤞#homeworking
