MSPs are voting today on stage 1 of the Safe Access Zones Bill which is supported by BMA Scotland.

The BMA has campaigned for many years for safe/buffer zones outside services to stop harassment and intimidating behaviour.

BMA Scotland is continuing to work hard to ensure period products are also seen as a basic need for resident Drs and all of those working in hospitals, especially out of hours

Period products should be as freely available as toilet paper
