My mother is sadly getting on in years. My brother and I are all she has left. I've made a fake adoption certificate for my brother, made it look old and everything, and hidden it in her attic. And now we wait.

What a difference a week makes! Finally in the new city pad and I can breathe. This last year has been the worst, but can now look forward and start enjoying this new future.

Tough run today. As I was running I couldn’t think about anything other than breathing; putting one foot in front of the other. Life has been like that run recently, trying to focus on the steps not the result. Daily challenge but I’m doing it.
