Me and Compass Cubed T/A Compass Coaching and Consulting spoke at Carolyn Harris #letstalkmenopause event today. A great opportunity to spread a positive message and meet other fantastic speakers. Proud to be a part of this, showing women how exercise can support them.

Impossible to get a photo with everyone in it, but we raised an enormous £12,600 for Great Ormond Street on the weekend. What an amazing fundraiser to be part of!

It was great to present my research alongside all of the other wonderful PGCE Primary students at the launch of the Centre of Research into Practice @SUSocialScience Education & Childhood Studies - Swansea University last week. What a fantastic day.

Finished my last day as a student ambassador with a 5k along the beach. So exciting to have graduated and be a teacher but I will miss campus and everyone at uni!
