i'm not superstitious but if you say 'that vein is huge no one can miss that' as someone is placing an IV then that vein will suddenly grow wheels and roll around and laugh as it mocks your hubris

I didn’t expect to feel so melancholy, but I will truly miss my time at the #Placentiahealthcentre with Dr. Rockel. Staff were the kindest, even letting me practice IVs on them. Doc had the wittiest humour, interesting clinical pearls, and was a living encyclopedia. Thank you 💕

PPE protects patients and providers but its use contributes significantly to landfill and CO2 emissions. There is a growing need to improve PPE habits and mitigate this environmental impact.
