Language is important.

I’m seeing a lot of young people going through mental un-health at the moment. Please check in on your younger coworkers, neighbours etc. BIG SHIFTS in the way we work = people who are not doing alright become less visible. Offer direct support. Be there for them. ♥️

Reflecting on the discussion betwen @nakkiahlui and Louise Milligan below, reminded me of how many WW struggle to comprehend how whiteness works, esp the idea of intersecting race & gender inequalities and how it continues to impact Black, Brown & indigenous Australian women.
