DONE's response to Wednesday's mass resignations of Hollywood Studio District NC officers and Board members indicates they are "confused" why a supervisor was not contacted. Perhaps that supervisor should have contacted the Board before two payments totaling $7,500 were submitted to LA City Clerk?
