Bringing curling to Eeyou Istchee! Some of curling's most familiar faces are in Chisasibi, part of ᐄᔨᔫ / ᐄᓅ ᐊᔅᒌ / Eeyou Istchee (“The People’s Land”) representing a number of Cree communities spanning a traditional territory in what we refer to as Québec, for a big event.

My condolences to Ted’s family and friends. I read his work routinely while growing up. Then I had the great honour of working alongside him at curling events. One of the great ones who made traveling fun and feel like you were part of the community. He will be greatly missed.

Today is National Girls and Women in Sport day. I’ve had the honour of working with many talented women who grow our game. I’ve also introduced my fiancée to the sport and Tuesday draws are a highlight of my week. Curling Canada #GirlsRock #NGWSD
