Been sitting on the tarmac at John F. Kennedy Airport waiting for a gate for nearing 90 mins on my Delta flight. I know airports and flying suck since the Trump messed up everything but 90 mins waiting for a gate (and to be told 5 times it would be 10-15 mins tops) is poor customer service.

The Delta crew on the flight from MXP to NYC are the BEST always. I would never fly another airline but it’s always good to have a reminder the moment you board why you should be airline loyal. I hate/am scared of flying but adore the Delta crew!

Hi Ask Lyft! When leaving a ride today I accidentally took a bag that was in the trunk of the driver’s car thinking it was mine (we had a lot of stuff!) & I think it’s the driver’s or another passengers. I tried to message on the app but am not able to get in touch. Can you help?
