At 0800hrs this morning I sat at my desk feeling tired and low energy. Around 0820hrs my friend called me to the kitchen and held out her left hand. I shrieked when I saw the ring on her finger 💍 Gave me the energy I needed for the day. Happiness for others is 💯

Take up space. Pitch it faster. Run harder. Put another plate on the bar. And NEVER tone it down. The #ilonamaher effect 💯

I like quotes. Today I read one I hadn’t heard before. ‘The only reason you know how to ride a bike, is because someone you trusted, let go of you.’ I read it several times. I felt that one.
