Scotland’s Aaron Sarwar will be going to the EUBC European Junior Championships in Romania full of confidence later this month after recently defeating a European Silver medallist. The Northwest boxer beat Abel Koromi last month on the Hungarian’s home soil. #TeamScotland

CLUB VISIT 🥊 Boxing Scotland visited Northwest Boxing Club in Kilmarnock this week. The club was established in 1979 and is run under Head Coach Graeme Marshall. The flags on the ceiling of their venue represent all the different nationalities that their club’s boxers have faced.

🥇 GOLD MEDAL FOR AARON SARWAR Team Scotland added a 4th Gold Medal at the Bornemissza Tournament in Hungary after victory for Aaron Sarwar. The Northwest Boxing Club boxer beat Ukraine’s Ilkin Huseinov via unanimous decision in their Junior 50kg Final. #TeamScotland #BoxingPathway
