It’s interesting isn’t it - I’ve lost a whole pile of weight and now I’m back at work all anyone wants to say is how good I look. Which is well meaning but also I’ve been off for months, you don’t know how and why the weight was lost so maybe… just don’t say anything?

Ethnicity in our AHP workforce: 27.3% of AHP workforce are BAME staff, compared to 41.9% of Birmingham population who are BAME. Our AHP workforce does not represent Birmingham's ethnic diversity. Fewer BAME staff at higher banding. Work is needed to address this. #AHPsDay2022
