Keith Tyrell @PesticideCollab In Brazil, during Bolsonaro’s gov, agribusiness companies met 278 times with government officials of MAPA to discuss the relaxation of rules for pesticides, the authorization for testing new substances directly in field trials (instead of labs)!

The Environmental Land Management scheme, and especially its Local Nature and Landscape Recovery pillars, are the best hope we have of reversing the collapse of nature in this country. I cannot believe the government is seriously considering canning 5 years of hard work on this.

If I am wrong and Helena Horton is right then this is a hill to die on.
