Half of new California "jobs" in March were from Medi-Cal beneficiaries using taxpayer $ to "employ" household members at min. wage as support "providers" for up to 70 hours/wk (with overtime). In June, 764,062 Californians were "employed" by this program. That's 4% of workers.
