I’m not the only one receiving requests to check in from British Airways for flights already taken months/weeks ago ! Honestly BA has worse IT systems/ IT engineers compared to any other airline. So sad, first impression for customers, atrocious reliability of website too!

I have done but it begs the question as to why you advertise the lounge , have a booking form / take payment etc for it on your website if you’re just going to ‘fob-off’ any questions or responsibility for it , don’t you think ?
