Question for Texas #appellatetwitter folks: If you've always made your Supreme Court of TX PFR primarily about granting review (versus ultimately winning), how are you planning to distinguish the newly required "Introduction" from your "Summary of the Argument"?

I understand that the Apple TV Major League Soccer deal means all home Houston Dynamo FC games are 7:30pm, but why are the Houston Dash games also all evening games?? I would love to take my young kids to games, but there is not a single afternoon home game for either team!

It's early voting season in Texas, and I encourage everyone within Houston ISD to vote NO to the HISD Bond (Prop A & Prop B). This is NOT a political issue - both sides agree that this is the #wrongbondwrongtime. houstonpublicmedia.org/articles/news/…

I don’t really do endorsements. I’m not shy about sharing my views, but I hate politics and don’t trust most politicians. I also understand that people want to hear from me because I am not just a celebrity, I am a former Republican Governor. My time as Governor taught me to
