NO MAN should eat noodles, Weetabix, pasteurized milk and juices. A MAN should eat foods that have come directly from the soil or from an animal. - Not foods from a factory. Eat meat, eggs, arrowroots, sweet potatoes, pumpkins etc. Take care of your testosterone. By Eric

They thought they would field their candidates to run for positions in Citizens' Coalition for Change Yet nelson chamisa said the citizens will chose their leaders based on competence. How do you hold a Congress when nobody has joined yet? People without membership demanding a Congress🤣🤣🤣🤣

1. Zimbabwean comedian Clive Chigubu died a painful death from cancer He could not walk, and more importantly, he couldn’t afford private care. Zimbabwe doesn’t have a single working cancer machine in ALL public hospitals. These are the LOOTING outcomes sundaynews.co.zw/im-struggling-…

2. Read this piece on Clive so that you understand what ZANUPF and its corrupt rule is doing to ordinary citizens! Tomorrow it could be you, your mother or father or your siblings dying because you can’t get cancer treatment! I am not mad when I talk about cancer machines!

1/8The economy is tanking and Zimbabweans are suffering at the hands of bad leadership, poor governance and porous economic policies. As the alternative government, we propose the following to be considered and adopted:

Fortune Chasi Talk to your ZANUPF Local Government minister to stop interfering with the running of the city. He takes money meant to clean up and remove rubbish and gives it to Mwonzora’s councillors. Find the evidence below 👇🏿 That is the real issue

This is Jemwa Bridge in Mberengwa. If I say this bridge should have been repaired & maintained, ZANUPF and all its hangers on will say I am not patriotic. If I say the money to fix this bridge is there but that it is being LOOTED, ZANUPF will say I am a sell out! What a tragedy

Last week, angered by Hopewell Chin'ono's speech The Geneva Summit for Human Rights and Democracy, ZANUPF youths threatened Chin'ono and concocted a story to encourage others to steal his personal property. Instead, activists & villagers descended on Hopewell Chin’ono's village to help protect his home and property.

This is the history of the Zimbabwean dollar which eventually crashed in 1997 after ZANUPF went on a LOOTING spree, and unauthorized spending in the DRC destroyed the economy in 1999. It gave hundreds of millions to ZANUPF surrogates. RETWEET so that many people are educated!

ZANUPF national spokesman Chris Mutsvangwa is very right. Zimbabwe has enough foreign exchange & wealth to look after ALL its requirements, there is no sanctions problem! The problem is his corrupt political party ZANUPF which LOOTS public funds & natural resources. Case closed

How do ZANUPF elites & their surrogates sleep at night? They smuggle gold worth over US$100 million every month depriving the nation that revenue and subjecting Zimbabwe’s kids to this grinding poverty. They die from easily treatable diseases because hospitals have no medicines

To Young Zimbabweans, This is how public transport worked in Harare when ZANUPF came to power in 1980. The roads were great and the buses had a timetable, almost every 15 minutes there was a bus. ZANUPF took over and started stealing money from the bus company and it collapsed
