Noticed recently that Kim Scott has tweaked her term 'Radical Candour' into 'Compassionate Candour' which feels much more like the original meaning. Really important for leaders to embrace this approach if they want to drive improvement.

Loved this so much. There’s always a warm welcome on the gate, but this was the warmest of the year.
