#WFISDchat A1. When I first started out in this profession, I was so insecure and let my vulnerability override. Now, I try to use my vulnerability to fuel my preparedness. It doesn't always work, but that's how we learn to adjust on the fly.

A3 Organization is the key to keeping on track. Home life and school are busy enough. Without some kind of organization both would collide so to speak and both would suffer. #WFISDchat
