Come off it. The mere sight of Black and Asian families in ads offends you?! What is this, the 1950s?! You’re either in favour of integration or you’re not. Ethnic minority families eating breakfast cereal on telly *is* integration

They’re beginning to say the quiet bit out loud. Knocking on doors today in my patch I found door after door after door of people who do not want Reform anywhere near power.

Sad that Sarah finds it so uncomfortable to see black & Asian Brits on TV adverts. Our screens reflect the diverse country it is. Confident nations aren’t threatened by visibility. Leaders should bring people together, not stoke resentment over whatever Persil or M&S are selling.

If it drives her mad to see black and Asian ppl on TV surely it drives her mad to see them succeeding as part of our brilliant multi-ethnic society. That's racism. Good job she wasn't around in World War Two when 1.1m Commonwealth soldiers died defending the UK!

I’ve got straight to work with Keir Starmer to discuss how we will work closely together to defeat the forces of division and hate, and to reunite the country.

Fear of racism has come up on the doorstep more in the last few months than during my last 15 years in elected politics. We’re not going back to ‘70s and ‘80s racism - if the majority of decent people speak up. This is our fight. It has always been our fight. And we will win.

How did we end up like this? How does she think this is a decent thing to say? I was always taught that you judge someone not by the colour of their skin, the accent they speak with or their gender but according to the strength of their character

Really great of Wes Streeting to call Sarah Pochin & Nigel Farage racist for her attack on coloured people on TV & his failure to discipline her #bbclaurak

I wrote this for ⁦The i Paper⁩ just after Starmer’s conference speech. He was right then to call out racism in Reform & now Sarah Pochin has confirmed that by revealing an ugly bigotry & hatred of black & Asian people for all to see. liveapp.inews.co.uk/category/39534…

Good to see Labour speaking out against racism against black and Asian people. Builds on Starmer’s conference speech. Shows some political coherence & most importantly, is the right thing to do. The growing overt racism in our politics is frightening.
