Best news - your work is inspirational! I will never forget how generously you gave time and knowledge back in 2006 to ensure information we were preparing for commissioners when I was at YoungMinds was accurate and your ability to communicate is extraordinary!
This is the first of several posts we will be advertising for our new Wellcome funded project predicting outcome following psychological treatment for #anxiety. Would greatly appreciate retweets. Ewan Carr @[email protected] Gerome Breen UK Longitudinal Linkage Collaboration
Perfectly put! Amplifying the voices of children and young people is a core strategic focus for National Children's Bureau and was the theme of our recent #APPGChildren event we organised with the contribution of Children's Commissioner for England. Bravo to colleagues for writing in The The Times and The Sunday Times today . Some correction of the gross misrepresentation of mental illness, following the dreadful article they published earlier this week. Not dreadful because I disagreed with it but dreadful because it was plain misleading.
Bravo Geraldine Strathdee for fighting and fighting for what is right on behalf of so many- too many- individuals and families theguardian.com/society/articl…
Thank you Dan Gillespie Sells for a great gig tonight - so good to hear so many great songs and loving the new ones too! Danced all night!
So exciting- wonder if it could help other conditions too! And what force for good Prof Miranda Wolpert and her team are #cutting edge theguardian.com/science/2024/o…
Really sad to see Claire Murdoch resignation from her national role. Thank you for championing MH, CYP and families, compassion, fire and leadership especially during COVID. What an enormous difference to service users, families and those working in the sector you made.
